i had a fantastic 8-night stay at doubletree by hilton. the hotel is located near a lovely garden and local markets, making exploring super easy. the staff really stood out, especially mohammed, who helped me when i needed to switch rooms. the hotel also has a great fitness center for staying active.

the staff were super friendly all around, from check in to breakfast service. our room was neat, clean n had a great view. breakfast was amazin with lots of choices n fresh fruit. the location is fab for visiting family in south london n easy access to the city too. comfy beds made our stay even better.

didn't find any food options after 11pm, n parking was a bit tricky. just wished there were more options nearby.

Spacious rooms with lovely decor and high ceilings, coupled with comfortable beds that made for great sleep. Well-placed within easy walking distance to Deptford Bridge DLR station, conveniently linking to the rest of the city.

The shower tray in my room was broken, which caused drainage issues, making the bathroom a bit treacherous. Breakfast options were decent, but the hot items lacked freshness, resembling food that had been left out too long. Parking outside can also hit your wallet hard, charging £3 an hour, though free overnight, which can be tricky to navigate if you’re arriving late.

the hotel was in a great location, super close 2 the dlr and buses. the room was clean and comfy, staff were all really friendly and welcoming. we loved the beautiful decor, and the warm cookies at check-in were a nice touch!

Moreover, a couple of maintenance issues, like a malfunctioning lamp and less-than-ideal cleanliness standards, didn't do much to enhance the experience.

The Queen Family Room was super comfy! The bed was huge and cozy, perfect for our family. The shower was a highlight too—so nice with multiple heads. It felt really spacious and clean. We had an amazing view of the skyline. Only downside was no major restaurants nearby, but the bar had great vibes. Overall, we felt right at home here!
